Job summary

McGraw Hill in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Junior Customer Success Representative to own customer relationships across the full lifecycle and be the primary contact for higher education clients.

You will onboard instructors and courses, deliver practical trainings, and monitor usage to drive engagement and retention. A self-motivated, collaborative approach and UAE driving license are preferred assets for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or onboarding within edtech preferred.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel across UAE; holds UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Onboard instructors and courses, ensure smooth LMS setup.
• Deliver short trainings (virtual or onsite) and share quick-start guides.
• Track adoption and usage in dashboards; flag risks and follow up.
• Handle day-to-day queries with prompt, clear communications and updates.
• Partner with Sales on account health, activation, renewal readiness, upsell signals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of touchpoints and statuses.
