Job summary

McGraw Hill in Dubai is seeking a Junior Customer Success Representative to own relationships with faculty at higher education institutions and serve as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will help onboard, train, and drive usage of our digital learning products, track adoption in dashboards, and collaborate with Sales on activation and renewal readiness.

Occasional campus visits in UAE and flexibility during peak academic periods; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding for new instructors/courses and ensure smooth setup (LMS pairing, access, basic troubleshooting).
• Deliver short trainings (virtual or onsite) and share quick-start guides.
• Track adoption and usage in dashboards; flag risks early and follow a clear follow-up cadence.
• Handle day-to-day queries with prompt, clear communication and documented updates.
• Partner with Sales on account health (activation, renewal readiness, simple upsell signals).
• Keep accurate records in CRM (touchpoints, action items, status/ETAs).
