Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or related engineering roles.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
• Strong academic record throughout the course of study.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist various departments in daily operations.
• Support project documentation and reporting.
• Attend site inspections and coordination meetings.
• Learn project planning, procurement, QA/QC, and execution processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Perform assigned tasks under senior team guidance.
