Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety practices and quality standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera or other PM software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, costs and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for management.
• Manage and supervise site engineers, supervisors and contractors.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, equipment and manpower.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Handle project handover activities and ensure client satisfaction.
