AimGulf in the United Arab Emirates seeks a motivated Civil Engineer - Arabic Speaker to join our Roads & Infrastructure team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to begin careers in roadworks, utilities, and site engineering while gaining practical exposure to live projects.

Responsibilities include supporting site engineers, assisting with inspections and measurements, reviewing drawings, maintaining site records, and ensuring quality and HSE compliance on project sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to work at project sites and develop practical site-engineering skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0-2 years' experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support site engineers in road and infrastructure works.
• Assist with site inspections, measurements, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, method statements, specs, and technical documents.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Support quality and HSE requirements at project sites.
• Monitor progress against drawings and project requirements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to roadworks, utilities, drainage, earthworks.
