Job summary

Binladin Contracting Group seeks an experienced Infrastructure Project Engineer – Civil for UAE-based infrastructure and civil construction. The role focuses on roads, utilities, drainage and allied civil works, coordinating with consultants and site teams to meet project specs.

The ideal candidate will supervise daily civil activities, review drawings and method statements, and ensure HSE compliance while delivering on schedule and quality targets in accordance with UAE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure/civil construction.
• Experience with a Main Contractor in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong experience in Roads & Utilities is essential.
• Ability to read and understand civil, road and utility drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day infrastructure and civil works.
• Handle road works, earthworks, asphalt, kerbstones, paving and drainage.
• Manage and coordinate utility works, including stormwater, sewerage, water supply and irrigation networks.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and approvals with QA/QC and consultants.
• Report site-related technical issues and coordinate with the Construction Manager.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, project specifications and HSE requirements.
