Job summary

Innovations Global is seeking a cement mill operator to assist in running the mill with Miller, following QA guidelines and standard parameters. The role involves monitoring PLC-controlled processes, ensuring smooth production, and communicating irregularities to supervisors.

You will keep detailed logs of consumption, maintenance, and data for shift reporting. Coordination with the laboratory and mill team is required to adhere to cement quality guidelines during startup and production,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• In assistance with Miller in operating the mill as per the standard measured parameter of the materials examined by the Quality Control & Assurance department
• Work hand in hand with Miller in monitoring and regulating the operational processes, maximum performance, and production status of the mill on the PLC system
• In assistance with the department in controlling the residue target and preventing production loss
• In charge to give accurate feedback and reports by regularly informing Millers or immediate Supervisor of all mills processes and reporting any irregularity occurred and rectifying it through contacting the Shift Engineer and the Maintenance Department.
• To maintaining log entries of all data processes, material consumption, power consumption, maintenance, and other activities in the mill throughout the shift
• To ensure that the instructions and remarks of laboratory department in following on which quality of cement is to be grinded, and which silo is to be filled during mill start-up is observed and followed in coordination with the Miller and the rest of the cement mill team.
• To accomplish other tasks that may be assigned by HOD from time to time, especially in the absence of Millers.
