Reliance Human Resources Consultancy, a Dubai-based recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Shift Miller from a flour mill background to manage milling operations on a shift and ensure optimum flour extraction and quality.

The role requires supervising mill operators, monitoring conditioning, grinding, sifting, and adjusting equipment to meet production targets, with HACCP/ISO compliance. This on-site UAE position offers a dynamic team in Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Shift Miller/Chakki Miller in flour mills
• Strong knowledge of milling process and equipment operation

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage flour mill / chakki mill machinery during the shift
• Monitor wheat conditioning, grinding, sifting, and flour extraction rates
• Adjust roller mills, plansifters, and purifiers to maintain quality and yield
• Ensure production targets, extraction %, and quality parameters are achieved
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance team
• Maintain shift reports, production logs, and quality records
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and safety compliance (HACCP, ISO)
• Lead and guide mill operators and helpers in the shift
