Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Junior Category Executive in Dubai. You will turn large volumes of commercial data into insights, dashboards, and presentations that shape supplier and senior management decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, data analysis, and dashboard-building skills in a fast-paced Q-commerce environment. You will work with the Groceries team on assortment, pricing, and promotions while growing your career.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of analytical/commercial category experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills to distil data into insights and actions.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and building dashboards.
• Experience automating reports for day-to-day performance.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for supplier reviews and senior management.
• Knowledge of KPIs and category performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of category, supplier and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and validate data for category and commercial analysis.
• Automate recurring data reports and build dashboards for day-to-day monitoring of sales, pricing, margins, and stock availability.
• Design easy-to-use dashboards that allow stakeholders to track performance without manual effort.
• Create decks and presentations for supplier performance reviews and senior management meetings.
• Support commercial analysis across ads monetization, margins, and rebates.
• Track category performance and flag risks or opportunities to the Category Manager.
• Assist with periodic business reviews with data packs and summaries.
• Collaborate with category, supply chain, and content teams on data-driven decisions.
