Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of database systems (MySQL/Oracle) & MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to make complex decisions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Gather data from multiple sources including databases, surveys, market research and other sources
• Cleanse, analyze, interpret and present data in a meaningful way
• Identify trends and patterns that could inform business decisions
• Develop strategies to improve data collection processes
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support as needed
• Stay up-to-date on latest trends in analytics technology and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws & regulations
