Job summary

Work standard in Dubai is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The candidate will analyze data to derive meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing large datasets, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and outliers, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements. A Bachelor's in CS/Data Science and 2+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS or R).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop reports and dashboards from the data.
• Identify trends, correlations and outliers in the datasets.
• Develop algorithms and models that can be used to predict outcomes.
• Develop processes and procedures to ensure data is collected accurately.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement within the organization
