Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Buyer to join our growing team. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality products and services at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying the procurement needs of our clients and developing procurement plans.
2. Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
3. Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best value for our clients.
4. Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Work closely with the procurement team to maintain accurate records and documentation of all purchases.
6. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet our clients' needs.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
8. Participate in supplier performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve supplier relationships.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
3. Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
7. Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
