As a Junior Application Engineer (Tower Cranes), you support our technical and sales teams by analyzing crane configurations, preparing layout concepts, and developing tailored solutions for special projects – ensuring technical precision and customer satisfaction across the GCC and Asian markets.

What tasks await you?

• Provide technical support for sales by preparing tower crane layouts, configurations, and equipment selections
• Assist customers in evaluating crane setups, including load calculations, climbing sequences, and special applications
• Analyze non-standard crane installations and develop custom technical solutions, drawings, and method statements
• Support the service team with repair procedures, documentation, and legacy model evaluations
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as assembly instructions, configuration sheets, and engineering reports
• Manage technical data and product records in PLM systems such as Teamcenter

What is your job profile?

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, structural, or civil engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in the tower crane or construction industry
• Proficiency in 2D CAD and 3D modeling (AutoCAD; knowledge of Navisworks and Solid Edge is a plus)
• Structured and reliable way of working, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; Arabic and/or German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the UAE and KSA (up to 30%)
