Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or other ERP/accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Enter financial data and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documents.
• Assist with monthly financial reports, audits, and compliance activities.
• Support daily finance operations and reporting processes.
