Junior Account Executive, eCommerce & Logistics

Job summary

Shipa is seeking a driven Junior Account Executive in Dubai to support growth and servicing for key eCommerce and cross-border logistics accounts. You will assist in managing client relationships, supporting revenue targets and ensuring seamless service delivery across our fulfillment and logistics network.

You will work on account support, revenue support, customer relationship management, and pipeline reporting, collaborating with operations, IT, customs, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, logistics coordination, or client-facing sales.
• Exposure to eCommerce, cross-border shipping, or freight forwarding is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned eCommerce clients, including SMEs and marketplace sellers.
• Assist in executing strategic account plans and onboarding new clients.
• Coordinate with internal operations, customs, and last-mile teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor shipment performance and visibility metrics, flagging exceptions to clients proactively.
• Maintain accurate client records, contact databases, and account activity logs in the CRM.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support proposals and pricing sheets.
