Job summary

Gardinia Contracting in Dubai is seeking a skilled Draftsman – Jumpform to join our in‑house team and contribute to iconic high‑rise and luxury developments. You will prepare accurate engineering drawings for proprietary formwork systems, GA, shop and fabrication drawings, and support engineers with temporary works documentation on complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong AutoCAD drafting skills, experience with formwork shop drawings, and knowledge of PERI/Doka formwork systems,

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
3+ years drafting experience in construction.
Strong AutoCAD drafting skills and formwork shop drawings experience.
Familiarity with formwork systems (PERI/Doka) and high-rise projects.
Good knowledge of structural, reinforcement and concrete drawings.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed engineering drawings for proprietary formwork systems, self-climbing, crane-supported climbing, and bespoke temporary works for high-rise projects.
Create GA, shop, fabrication, assembly, layout and related drawings.
Support engineers with drafting for structural calculations and deliverables.
Maintain drawing registers and revision histories; ensure timely issuance per project schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams and fabrication partners on drawing requirements and revisions.
