Client of Redfish Solutions is seeking a Joinery Technical Manager to lead the technical design and engineering of joinery packages in Dubai. You'll manage technical teams and assess project specifications while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in bespoke joinery within high-end commercial and hospitality projects in the UAE. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Joinery Technical Manager or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery and interior fit‑out projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and coordinating design teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Experience working on large‑scale, high‑end commercial or hospitality projects is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale luxury joinery and interior fit‑out projects within the UAE.
• Strong background in managing bespoke joinery packages for high‑end hospitality, residential, or commercial developments.
