Job summary

Quest Search and Selection are seeking an experienced Technical Head - Joinery & Interior Fit-out for a leading luxury furniture and interiors brand in Dubai. You will lead a drafting team and own production-quality technical documentation across live projects.

You will prepare and review shop drawings, produce detailed joinery documentation, and coordinate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment, accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years' experience in joinery/fit-out drafting.
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, materials, and production processes.
• Good understanding of joinery and fit-out construction standards and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit / SketchUp is an advantage.
• Ability to review, coordinate, and manage technical drawings across a team.
• Strong communication and email skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and allocate workloads across the drafting team, ensuring efficient and timely output.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and production drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Produce accurate, detailed joinery documentation for both manufacturing and site execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Drafting Head with strong expertise in joinery and interior fit-out detailing to lead a drafting team and take ownership of production-quality technical documentation for a well-established luxury furniture and interiors brand.

The Role

As the Technical Head - Joinery & Interior Fit-out, you will:
