Job summary

JW Space is seeking a Technical Coordinator Joinery to manage technical documentation submittals and RFI workflows for joinery projects, acting as the central coordination point between the design team, workshop, site, consultant, and client. This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of technical information to support uninterrupted project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant design/engineering field.
5–9 years of technical coordination experience in UAE/GCC joinery or interior contracting.
Strong knowledge of joinery fabrication and drawing production workflows.
Proficiency with document management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage preparation, submission, and tracking of joinery shop drawings and submittals.
Coordinate RFIs and ensure timely resolution of technical queries.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and designers for approvals.
Maintain drawing registers, submittal logs, and RFIs tracker.
Ensure drawings are production-ready before fabrication.
