Overseas Marine Services LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a safety-focused permit to work coordinator with 3–5 years in Oil & Gas, platforms and barges. The role requires strong knowledge of PTW, LOTO, and ADNOC E-WMS systems, plus effective communication to ensure work is carried out safely.
You will verify permits, supervise safe work conduct, conduct toolbox talks, display permits at site, and follow directions from the person in charge to clear or suspend work as needed.
Accepting the permit
Supervising the safe conduct of the work activities
Conducting TBT before start of work
Ensure copies of permit and certificates are displayed at site.
Abide by the directions of the PI regarding clearance to commence work or instruction to suspend or stop work.
Declare that all work party members cleared from the site and personal locks removed, work area left in a clean state and equipment left in a safe condition.
Suspension of permit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Platforms & Barges.
Good knowledge & Working Experience of E-WMS system in ADNOC.
Good knowledge of PTW systems, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Approvals & Experience in ADNOC Offshore projects is an advantage.
Valid WMS Certificate is Advantage.
Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent).
Effective communication skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
