Job summary

Overseas Marine Services LLC seeks a Site Permit Coordinator to oversee permit issuance, safety compliance, and coordination for oil and gas projects in the UAE. The role requires ensuring safe conduct of work, TBTs, and proper display of permits and certificates on site.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in Oil & Gas, with hands-on experience in E-WMS ADNOC systems, PTW/LOTO procedures, and ADNOC Offshore project approvals. Effective communication and safety commitment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Platforms & Barges.
• Good knowledge & Working Experience of E-WMS system in ADNOC.
• Good knowledge of PTW systems, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Approvals & Experience in ADNOC Offshore projects is an advantage.
• Valid WMS Certificate is Advantage.
• Effective communication skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
