Job summary

HTP Global Technologies in the UAE is seeking an Ivanti Patch Management Support Engineer with 4–5 years of IT infrastructure and patches administration to join on a 6-month contract.

You will manage Ivanti Patch Management and SCCM/MECM, automate deployment with PowerShell, analyze Nessus/Qualys scans, and maintain compliance dashboards across Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019. Immediate availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure, endpoint management, and patch administration.
• Proven expertise administering Ivanti Patch Management in enterprise environments.
• Deep experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016/2019.
• Strong PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience interpreting vulnerability scans from Nessus or Qualys.
• Immediate UAE contract availability for a 6-month engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage enterprise patch deployment and compliance workflows.
• Administer Windows 10 endpoints and Server 2016/2019 across enterprise.
• Use SCCM/MECM for software distribution and patch reporting.
• Analyze vulnerability reports from Nessus/Qualys to prioritize patches.
• Author and test PowerShell scripts to automate patch installation.
• Monitor patch compliance dashboards and investigate failures.
• Coordinate with UAE security, sysadmin, and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain runbooks, logs, and documentation for audits.
