3i Infotech in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to manage enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, security, backup, and endpoint management technologies. The role emphasizes hands-on server administration, patching, monitoring, and incident response.

The candidate will support security, virtualization, and operations teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance across servers, storage, and related platforms in a demanding enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is required for enterprise IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with ManageEngine products.
• Experience with Active Directory monitoring and server management.
• Expertise in Trend Micro Deep Security, EDR, and endpoint protection technologies.
• Strong VMware vCenter administration skills.
• Experience managing Veeam backup and recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of Nutanix infrastructure platforms.
• Experience implementing and supporting MFA solutions.
• Working knowledge of Citrix technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Patch Manager.
• Strong understanding of enterprise server, storage, and virtualization environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor enterprise infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate patch deployment activities.
• Maintain security solutions and backup/recovery operations.
• Work with infrastructure, security and operations teams for high availability.
• Monitor server, storage, virtualization, and endpoint security platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and operational procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain system documentation and SOPs.
