Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group is opening ISOLA Abu Dhabi, inviting a skilled Chef de Partie to manage a kitchen section within a contemporary Italian dining concept. You will ensure consistent preparation, quality and presentation during service in a dynamic Abu Dhabi setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in professional kitchens, hands-on leadership, and proven ability to work under pressure in upscale environments. Join us to contribute to a warm, hospitality-driven opening team at ISOLA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie.
• Experience in Italian or Mediterranean upscale/high-volume venues.
• Sound knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen organization.
• Ability to guide junior chefs and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily preparation and operation of an assigned section.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to approved recipes and standards.
• Monitor mise en place, portioning, seasoning and presentation.
• Guide Demi Chefs and Commis assigned to the section.
• Monitor stock levels, rotation, waste and product quality.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections during service.
• Maintain HACCP, food-safety and sanitation standards.
