Qualifications

• Proven experience as AGM or similar role in a premium or fine-dining restaurant
• Restaurant pre-opening experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and guest-relations skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the right hand to the General Manager
• Assist and direct all development and operations under the General Manager
• Ensure all established cost, quality and service delivery commitments are met
• Provide an open door policy for staff concerns
• Develop a pool of potential managers and supervisors for the future
• Monitor the restaurant's operational budgets
