IT & Web Support Specialist General IT Technician Website & Office IT Support Jobs in Dubai

Location: Dubai United Arab Emirates
Industry: SME / Business Services / Internal Operations
Reports To: Managing Director / Office Manager
Salary (tax-free): Up to AED 6000 per month
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

Our client is seeking a multi-skilled IT & Web Support Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day IT needs across the company. This is a hands‑on all-rounder role for someone who can manage internal tech infrastructure support basic website and social media updates and handle light graphic design tasks as needed.

This role suits a technically competent individual with solid troubleshooting ability and broad exposure to general IT support from setting up systems and devices to handling light CMS work and supporting the office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain office computer systems printers security settings backups and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for employees (hardware/software troubleshooting email setup etc.).
• Set up and maintain new devices Wi‑Fi routers and ensure secure network performance.
• Support the companys websites (basic updates CMS edits image changes plugin maintenance).
• Assist with social media content uploads and graphics for marketing (using Canva Photoshop or similar).
• Coordinate with external vendors for any outsourced technical tasks or installations.
• Maintain software licenses data backups and internal IT records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in general IT support web maintenance or office tech environments.
• Proficient in basic web development or CMS tools (WordPress or similar).
• Comfortable using graphic tools (Photoshop Illustrator Canva) for simple marketing tasks.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Mac troubleshooting basic networking and computer security setup.
• Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.
• Ability to take initiative troubleshoot independently and support multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bonus Advantage (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to AI tools or office automation is a plus but not required.
