The IT Specialist - Smart Systems will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and technical operations across the department. The role focuses on building and maintaining information systems, smart applications, electronic programs, and software tools that respond to organizational needs. - Plan, coordinate, and support daily IT operations related to systems, smart applications, digital platforms, and technical software.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain digital information systems based on departmental and organizational unit requirements.
- Create and update electronic programs, technical tools, and smart solutions that improve operational workflows and service delivery.
- Supervise assigned projects and programs related to system development, software enhancement, and technical tool implementation.
- Coordinate with strategic planning specialists to provide technical information, system documents, and digital input required for strategic needs.
- Analyze organizational unit requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions, system features, or software improvements.
- Communicate with relevant departments, vendors, and technical stakeholders to support smart solution delivery.
- Prepare technical documents, user guidance, reports, system updates, and project-related records for supervisor review.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement areas, and support updates that enhance reliability, security, and usability.
- Assist in aligning IT projects with departmental plans, operational priorities, and digital transformation objectives.
- Use Microsoft Office programs to prepare documentation, presentations, reports, trackers, and operational updates.
- Communicate clearly in Arabic and English for technical coordination, documentation, meetings, and stakeholder support.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professional standards when handling digital systems, technical records, and internal information.
- Perform additional IT, coordination, documentation, and project support tasks delegated by the direct supervisor.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field from a recognized university with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field from a recognized university with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in IT operations, digital systems, smart applications, software implementation, or technical project coordination.
- Practical understanding of system design, electronic program development, technical documentation, and smart solution delivery.
- Ability to coordinate with strategic planning teams, internal departments, software users, and technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English, including reading, writing, speaking, and professional communication.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand operational needs and convert them into effective technology solutions.
- Organized approach to project follow‑up, documentation control, system updates, and supervisor reporting.
