Job summary

New Sourcing International (NSI) is recruiting on behalf of a leading Big 4 Management Consulting firm. They seek experienced IT Consultants to lead IT transformation engagements with clients across sectors in the UAE.

The Consulting Manager will shape technology solutions and drive strategic IT initiatives for client programs. Candidates should have 7–8 years of IT consulting or equivalent experience, a Bachelor of Computer Science, and preferably an MBA.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of related IT consulting or industry experience.
• Bachelor of Computer Science; MBA is a plus.
• Big 4 consulting experience preferred; Arabic speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT transformation engagements across sectors.
• Develop technology solutions and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee IT strategy, governance, and project management.
• Engage with regional clients in UAE and ME GCC.
