Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or related field.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in IT Consulting.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics.
• Strong analytical skills to structure and solve digital challenges.
• Motivation to learn, innovate and share knowledge within teams.

As an IT Consultant – Digital Transformation, you will support the delivery of high-impact digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations. Working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will help design modern IT architectures, enable agile delivery, and contribute to future-oriented digital solutions aligned with business strategy and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the digital transformation of global organizations by balancing enterprise-level technical solutions with individual client requirements.
• Contribute to groundbreaking digital and IT initiatives by enabling the use of agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Assist in shaping future-ready customer journeys through detailed analysis of client environments, business needs, and market trends such as machine learning and AI.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize modern IT architectures, including enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital platforms.
• Support initiatives focused on cyber resilience, reliability, and secure-by-design digital solutions.
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams to deliver consulting outcomes.
• Communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Informatics or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in IT Consulting.
• Solid understanding of modern technology concepts including Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex digital challenges.
• High motivation to learn, innovate, and contribute to knowledge sharing within teams.
