Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate complex infrastructure initiatives from scoping through post-implementation review. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires a university degree, strong English communication, and a proven track record in large-scale technology projects across regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Outstanding project and programme management experience with communications, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of Programme and Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Proven experience interacting with Senior Executives across the business.

Orchestrate the end-to-end lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects from initial scoping and resource allocation to successful deployment and post-implementation review Develop and meticulously manage detailed project plans including timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels for all stakeholders involved in infrastructure initiatives Proactively identify assess and manage project risks and issues implementing timely and effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope University degree is a must.Candidate should have valid British Passport and Native English Speakers ( Mandatory)

• Outstanding project and programme management experience which include communications capabilities, decision making and problem-solving skills, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding and proven experience of Programme and Project Management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
• Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business.
• Excellent risk management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group.
• Change agent with proven ability of implementing large scale organizational, procedural, technology and people related change programmes.
• Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to recognize to the global remit of this role.
• Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualize financial data into business activities and conclusions.
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and services.
• Experience of delivering large scale change programmes within a Technology organization, with Infrastructure experience.
• High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously across company
• Experience of leading and managing teams with proven track record of working with diverse, cross functional teams that are located regionally and worldwide.
• Experience of driving continuous improvement.
