Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows/Linux servers and IT systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
• Manage hardware, software, and printers.
• Apply security patches and maintain IT documentation.
• Respond to help-desk escalations and provide technical support.
