Job summary

YesaAgain FZC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an IT System Administrator with expertise in Networking and PowerShell automation. The role focuses on managing Windows Server environments, AD, DNS/DHCP, and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, with 3–5 years of System/Network Admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), AD, DNS, DHCP, and networking.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation; virtualization experience (Hyper-V/VMware) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Configure and support LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network services.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system diagrams.
• Provide Level 2/3 IT support for system and network issues.
