Job summary

PACT Employment Services in Dubai, UAE, seeks an IT Support (L1/L2) specialist to provide first and second line support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, Outlook, and related services while addressing hardware, software, email, and client application issues.

The role requires 2–4 years in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support, with solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, network basics, and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or IT Infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, Windows Server, firewalls, switches, and IT ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Resolve hardware, software, email, and client application issues.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and printer services.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, and basic network connectivity issues.
