Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC. seeks an IT Support professional to ensure employees experience minimal disruptions. You will resolve daily IT issues, set up new devices, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems while supporting email systems, printers, and collaboration tools.

You will also write user guides, generate IT status reports, and maintain documentation. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and English/Arabic proficiency are required; ITIL is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, MIS, or a related field is required.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily IT issues to minimize disruptions and keep employees productive.
• Set up new devices and configure hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for optimal performance.
• Support email systems, printers, and collaboration software.
• Write user guides and maintain IT documentation and status reports.
• Prioritize support requests and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain records of IT procedures and vendor management activities.
• Develop IT procedures and automation to reduce workload and improve efficiency.
