Job summary

Ghobash Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support to provide end-user assistance and maintain the health of the IT network infrastructure at the site. The role focuses on diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, while ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to SLAs.

The candidate will install and maintain peripherals, manage O365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP, and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution. On-site work is required with no remote options.

Qualifications

• Provide first-line technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT peripherals such as laptops, desktops, printers and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT peripherals such as laptops, desktops and printers.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Monitor systems, networks and equipment performance; identify faults and implement fixes.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure to ensure security and minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, troubleshooting activities and recommendations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support and coordinate with vendors.
• Configure and manage backup solutions to ensure data protection and recovery readiness.
• Design, deploy and improve IT service delivery processes in line with SLA requirements and business objectives.
• Liaise with clients and Group IT teams to gather requirements and support infrastructure improvements.
