Job summary

Techwaresoft in Sharjah is seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure seamless access to software, hardware, and network services for employees. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade systems to uphold high service standards.

The role covers onboarding, software and driver updates, ticket logging, and providing Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and email support across the office and franchise locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
3+ years IT support or troubleshooting experience.
Strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, email configuration and antivirus solutions.

Responsibilities

Resolve IT support requests from employees and assist with technical issues.
Answer queries regarding computer systems, network issues, and hardware.
Analyze and diagnose IT problems.
Update and configure computer settings and resolve issues.
Onboard new hires with account creation and system setup.
Install/update software and drivers and keep systems up-to-date.
Provide status updates on service requests.
Log and track tickets with ticketing systems.
