Marine Capabilities is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our technology team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure and delivering high-quality technical support to staff and clients.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of UAE experience, strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of servers, virtualization, cloud technologies, and excellent communication to assist users and contribute to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in UAE IT support.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems and networking.
• Experience with servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to staff and external clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to minimize downtime.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and security systems.
• Document support procedures, incidents, and resolutions to share knowledge within the team.
• Assist with updates, patches, and system upgrades to keep technology up-to-date and secure.
• Collaborate with IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
