Confidential Company in Dubai UAE is seeking an experienced IT Site Supervisor to lead onsite IT infrastructure projects. You will supervise technicians, coordinate daily activities, ensure quality installations and deliver projects safely and on schedule.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT infrastructure, 2+ years supervisory experience, and proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and managing structured cabling, fiber optic splicing, CCTV, and rack installations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT infrastructure project experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, and network racks.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Supervisor to lead onsite IT infrastructure projects The successful candidate will supervise technicians coordinate daily activities ensure quality installations and deliver projects safely and on schedule Supervise and manage all IT technicians on site.Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks.Read and interpret network, CCTV, and fiber optic drawings.Supervise structured cabling and fiber optic splicing activities.Ensure proper installation of network racks, switches, firewalls, patch panels, UPS, wireless access points, and CCTV systems.Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with company quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.Ensure site safety and compliance with company procedures.Manage site materials, tools, and manpower.Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical guidance.Train and mentor junior technicians

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optic splicing, CCTV, network infrastructure, and rack installations
• Ability to read AutoCAD and technical drawings
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
