Job summary

Datastorm Technologies L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced ELV/ICT Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site activities, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with project specs and schedules.

Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, SIRA certification, a valid UAE driving license, and 3–5 years UAE ELV/ICT supervision experience, plus strong cabling and CCTV knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• SIRA certification is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Minimum 3–5 years supervising ELV/ICT projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling (TIA/EIA), fiber optics, and network infra.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom, SMATV and related ELV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical docs.
• Experience with testing and commissioning procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• MS Office proficiency and strong team management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for ELV and ICT projects.
• Manage installation teams and subcontractors to meet specs and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA, local authorities, and health and safety standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of CCTV, access control, intercom, SMATV, and other ELV systems.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct quality inspections against specs and industry standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and optimize resources.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Support project close-out activities including as-built docs and client handover.
