Job summary

Datastorm Technologies L.L.C in Dubai seeks an experienced ELV/ICT Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site activities, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with project specs and schedules.

Requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, SIRA certification, a valid UAE driving license, and 3–5 years UAE ELV/ICT supervision experience, plus strong cabling and CCTV knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing and commissioning procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• MS Office proficiency and strong team management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections against specs and industry standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and optimize resources.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Support project close-out activities including as-built docs and client handover.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, local authority requirements, and health and safety standards
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of CCTV systems, access control systems, video/audio intercom systems, structured cabling systems (copper/fiber optic), SMATV systems, gate barrier systems, and network infrastructure
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently
• Support project close-out activities including as-built documentation and client handover
