Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with cable pulling, termination and structured cabling.
• Ability to read basic drawings, cable schedules and labeling systems.
• Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites; UAE site experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull and install network, data, CCTV and ELV cables.
• Terminate cables for RJ45, patch panels, keystone jacks, CCTV and access control devices.
• Label cables, outlets, patch panels and equipment.
• Follow cable routes, drawings and site instructions.
• Maintain neat cable dressing and routing.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting of network and ELV cabling.
• Support installation of CCTV, access control, data points and related infrastructure.
• Ensure cables are properly secured and protected.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete work on schedule.

Job Description

We are looking for a Cable Pulling & Termination Technician to join our team and support our low-current and ELV infrastructure projects.

Our company specializes in CCTV installation, access control, structured cabling, data points, and other ELV/infrastructure works. The candidate will be responsible for cable installation, pulling, termination, labeling, testing, and general site support.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and install network, data, CCTV, access control, and other ELV cables.
• Perform cable termination for RJ45, patch panels, keystone jacks, access control devices, CCTV equipment, and related systems.
• Properly label cables, outlets, patch panels, and equipment.
• Follow cable routes, drawings, and site instructions.
• Maintain neat and organized cable dressing and routing.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting of network and ELV cabling.
• Support installation of CCTV, access control, data points, and related infrastructure.
• Ensure cables are properly secured, dressed, and protected.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete work on schedule.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in cable pulling, termination, structured cabling, or ELV works.
• Basic knowledge of network/data cabling and cable termination.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, data points, or similar ELV systems is an advantage.
• Ability to use basic cabling tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand basic drawings, cable schedules, and labeling systems.
• Physically fit and willing to work on construction/project sites.
• Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• SIRA experience or SIRA certification is preferred.
• Previous Etisalat-related / telecom infrastructure experience is an advantage.
• UAE site experience is preferred.
