Job summary

Solutions21 FZCO seeks a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day managed IT services, coordinating internal teams, partners and vendors to deliver within scope and SLAs. The role is the primary operational contact for customers with responsibility for service performance and governance.

The candidate should have multi-tower service delivery experience, ITIL certification, and proven ability to manage incidents, changes and knowledge management in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification; higher ITIL qualifications are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise apps, cloud environments and integration platforms is mandatory.
• Experience managing onsite and remote delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services across applications, infrastructure, cloud and security.
• Lead incidents, changes, problem and release processes.
• Translate customer priorities into delivery plans and actions.
• Ensure coverage, continuity and adherence to SLAs and procedures.
• Manage partners, vendors and cross-team dependencies.
