Job summary

Accor MEA invites an experienced IT Service Operations leader for a six-month assignment to oversee day-to-day IT service operations and lead a small local team. You will ensure operational continuity across the MEA organization and align with governance frameworks while improving service delivery.

You will collaborate with local teams, regional technology functions, and global stakeholders, driving accountability, security, and asset management across multiple sites and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of IT support, service delivery or IT operations management.
• Experience in a multinational hospitality organization is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English communication and strong governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the IT Support Specialists to deliver high-quality end-user services.
• Ensure incident resolution and adherence to SLAs across the MEA region.
• Manage asset lifecycle, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
