Job summary

Prime Strategy Consultants is seeking a knowledgeable IT/electronics retail sales professional in Dubai to assist walk-in customers, promote laptops and accessories, and achieve monthly targets. You will recommend products, upsell promotions, and provide after-sales support in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires UAE retail experience of at least 2 years, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT/electronics retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of laptops and IT accessories.
• Excellent communication and customer handling.
• Fluent in English; Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
• Target-oriented with sales closing abilities.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekends.
