Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a seasoned PMO professional in Dubai to drive IT project delivery across a portfolio of initiatives. You will lead the IT project office, allocate resources, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires strong PM experience, robust communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. A competitive benefits package accompanies this opportunity.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in IT.
Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects and resources.
Strong familiarity with PM methodologies and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Execute IT Project Office strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
Allocate resources across IT projects for optimal utilization.
Plan and schedule project timelines using Monday.com/Jira to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor performance with KPIs and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope changes and contingencies.
