Job summary

GS IT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and purchasing of technology products and solutions in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The role requires hands-on knowledge of ICT, AV, ELV, and AI products and collaboration with distributors and vendors.

The successful candidate will oversee the procurement cycle, coordinate with distributors and vendors, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely product availability for projects and business operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in IT procurement or the system integration industry.
• Hands-on experience sourcing ICT, AV, ELV, and AI products and solutions.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for IT products and solutions.
• Source ICT, AV, ELV, and AI products through distributors, vendors, and channel partners.
• Obtain supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and technology partners.
• Support cost-effective purchasing and ensure product availability.
