Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior Officer - IT Park Support in Dubai to provide IT assistance across park operations, retail and F&B. You will troubleshoot systems, manage on-site support, and ensure timely incident resolution while deploying IT equipment throughout the park.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IT support within hospitality settings, a Diploma in IT/CS, and certifications like MCP/MCSDT/CompTIA A+.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of IT support experience in hospitality sectors (parks, F&B, retail).
• Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with POS systems and retail/F&B IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support services to park operations, retail and F&B.Troubleshoot systems, networks, and hardware/software faults.
• Ensure incidents/requests are logged in Service Desk and resolved promptly.
• Manage daily on-site support and escalate when needed.
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment and software across the park.
• Support park operations during peak periods.
