Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Senior Officer - IT Park Support for our Real Madrid World attraction in Dubai. You will provide IT support across park operations, retail and F&B, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, and ensuring timely ticketing in the Service Desk.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of IT support experience in hospitality industries such as parks, F&B or Retail operations.
• Experience handling Point of Sales (POS) and related systems.
• Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT support services to park operations, retail and F&B end users.
• Troubleshoot system, network, hardware or software faults.
• Ensure incidents and requests are recorded in Service Desk and acted upon quickly.
• Manage daily on-site support issues and escalate when needed.
• Deploy and maintain IT equipment and software on site across the park.
