Axians Emirates, part of Cegelec Abu Dhabi (VINCI Energies), seeks a Network & System Security Engineer to secure IT and OT infrastructures. You will configure firewalls, VPNs, and security controls, monitor events, and support incident response across critical systems.

The role requires 2–5 years in security operations, hands-on firewall/VPN experience, and knowledge of security standards. UAE-based with on-site work in Abu Dhabi is expected.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in network security or cybersecurity operations.
• Hands-on firewall, VPN and IDS/IPS configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux security hardening and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST CSF or IEC 62443 is a plus.
• Experience in OT/ICS or oil & gas sector is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CCNA, PCNSA, FCP or Security+ are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain enterprise security solutions including firewalls and VPNs.
• Implement network segmentation and secure remote connectivity for IT and OT.
• Harden Windows/Linux servers and network devices per security standards.
• Monitor alerts, analyze logs, and support incident response.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to resolve security issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and incident reports.
