Job summary

Yokogawa in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced OT security lead to design and implement secure OT network architectures, aligning IT and OT practices with CIS benchmarks and IEC 62443 standards. You will guide vendors, perform risk assessments, and strengthen DCS segmentation.

The role requires 10–15+ years in IT/OT security, team leadership, and certifications in Cisco/Nozomi/Palo Alto/VMware, with strong communication and collaboration across client OT teams.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of IT/OT experience focusing on network security for OT environments.
• Experience leading a team of network and security engineers.
• Certification in Cisco, Nozomi, Palo Alto, VMware is advantageous.
• Preferred IEC 62443 and IC32 certifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer specifications and comply with CIS benchmark, IEC62443, and related guidelines.
• Lead Overall Architecture design for secure OT networks and IT/OT segmentation.
• Prepare Design Documents: System/Logical Architecture, BOM, FDS, DDS, FATP, SATP, Method Statements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments of OT environments and identify vulnerabilities.
